The development was originally constructed in the 1980s – with its 25^th Birthday in November 2014. It has three trading levels and provides approx. 80,000 sq ft (6,500 sq m) in 35 units (some have been merged), predominantly occupied by strong independent retailers, some having occupied since first opening.

There is a 12 level Car Park integrated into the scheme which provides approximately 430 car parking spaces.
